I made my own Ceasar dressing tonight because we were out. It was mostly mayo with not-very-precisely-measured additions of Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Kinder's "The Blend" (salt, pepper, garlic), a little extra ground black pepper, and a significant amount of grated parmesan cheese. I was very happy with how it turned out and will likely make it again.
